Interesting posts you've got here - great stuff!
But remember that exercising in the heat has its own hazards. Here are some reminders when working out in the sun:
Don't until you're thirsty before getting a drink. By then you're already dehydrated. Drink lots of fluids-especially water, juice, and decaffeinated drinks-15 minutes before you workout and every quarter of an hour throughout the exercise.
Try to avoid staying under the sun from 10 a.m. To 3 p.m. When its rays are its fiercest.
Wear clothes that are cool and light. Cotton allows your body to breathe and light colors do not absorb heat as much as dark colors.
Don't forget to apply sunscreen even when the day is overcast. Sunburn affects your body's ability to stay cool.
